International Shipping
We are currently shipping to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand via Rayspeed. All applicable customs duties, taxes and penalties, and related feed on imported good will be assessed in accordance with the local laws and regulations of the destination country. This includes any customs or tax administration fees, fines or other charges as determined and updated by the respective authorities.
Shipping Fee
The shipping cost will be charged based on weight and location of the destination.
Shipping Schedule and Process
Orders will be processed within 1 -2 hours business days according to the operation hours following payment confirmation. Please note that we are not responsible for lost shipments due to courier handling or incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays ( according to Indonesian calendar).
Estimated Delivery Times
For international shipment usually takes about 4 - 7 days (depending on the location). For any delay on shipment, kindly send us queried to acts studio email.
Tracking
Shipping confirmation will be sent to you email once your order has been dispatched. this notification will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of you shipment

Terms & Conditions
For any return & exchanges, kindly confirm it with us through (acts studio email) or (WA number acts).
Items must be sent for return within 2x24hrs after the package received.
We only accept perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and seals items.
There will be no cash refunds. We will issue store voucher only.
We only do exchanges based on the availability of the item
Both shipping fees to and from our warehouse will be borne by customers. If there are custom duties, it will be taken from the store voucher credit.
We do not recommended exchanges due to potential high taxes or delivery issues

The prices in our website constitute the total price (include VAT), but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees.
